At Aero Flex Pro, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your product in accordance with the policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
To start a return, you must first contact our Customer Support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

2. Return Eligibility
We understand that you need time to try your Aero Flex Pro.
You may test and use the product during the 30-day return period, provided it is returned in good condition.
To qualify for a refund:
The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
The product must not be intentionally damaged or altered.
All included accessories, cables, extension straps, manuals, and other components should be returned whenever reasonably possible.
The product should be clean and suitable for inspection.
Returns may be refused if the product has been damaged through misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or improper handling.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order, including but not limited to:

Customs duties
Import duties
Taxes
Brokerage fees
Any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier or customs authorities
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
5. Refund Process
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the inspection has been completed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days before the refund appears in your account.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:
The return request is submitted after the 30-day return period.
The product has been intentionally damaged.
The product has been modified or repaired without authorization.
Significant parts or accessories are missing due to customer negligence.
The product has been misused or used contrary to the instructions provided in the user manual.
The return was sent without first contacting Customer Support.
Normal testing and reasonable use during the 30-day trial period do not affect your eligibility for a return.
8. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return your current order in accordance with this policy and place a new order through our website.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure outlined in this policy after receiving your order.
